Amazing 1 bedroom apartment with FANTASTIC marina and sea views, located on the frontline of the Marbella port. The property has been completely renovated and redecorated, providing guests comfortable and fresh accommodation in one of the most popular areas in Marbella. Guests have the beach less than 100metres from their front door!
The bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and the newly fitted bathroom has a walk-in shower with rainfall shower head. The open plan kitchen is well equipped and has everything needed for those clients wishing to cook from their holiday home (fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, stove, coffee machine, kettle and toaster). The kitchen also has a breakfast bar with 2 stools.
The living room offers a comfortable sofa facing a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc). The room is bathed in natural light from the large terrace windows, which provide fantastic brilliant views of the iconic Marbella lighthouse (El Faro), the marina and the sea. On the terrace guests will find an alfresco dining area, from where these views can be enjoyed. The terrace also has an awning that can be extended to protect from the sun.
The apartment has Air Conditioning (hot and cold) in all rooms of the apartment, and strong fibre optic WIFI (100mbps). The windows are double glazed and soundproof, ensuring guests a relaxing and quiet stay (when wanted).
