Located on the Paseo Maritimo of Marbella, between the fishing port and the Yacht Club, this fully renovated apartment boasts modern furniture and marble floors. It is situated within a charming urbanization with gardens, a swimming pool, and direct access to the promenade and beach.

Upon entering the 100 m² holiday flat, you will find a living room featuring a sofa bed, a dining room accommodating six guests, and air conditioning with a sea and garden view from the private, covered terrace. This terrace offers a relaxing space for breakfast and dinner.

The living room amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a smart TV with streaming services, international channels and air conditioning.

The flat comprises two large double bedrooms with individual air conditioning, separate balconies, and breathtaking views of the beach, gardens, and swimming pool.

The property also includes two bathrooms: one en-suite with a walk-in shower and the other with a bathtub, washing machine, and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, and features a wide window offering the same view as the living area.

An outdoor shared area is available, consisting of 2 fenced swimming pools (adult and children), lush tropical gardens, and an outdoor shower.

The building is equipped with a lift, ensuring a step-free interior.

Free private and secure parking space with direct access to the flat is included.

An additional fee is applicable for shuttle service from/to the airport or train station.
