Welcome to Nueva Andalucia, where spectacular mountain views and historic Spanish architecture make a stunning backdrop to the Golf Valley of Marbella filled with amazing golf courses like Los Naranjos, Aloha or Las Brisas Golf among others, superb dining, and an international atmosphere.
Modern furniture, soft lighting and chic white and neutral tones make the place feel posh and minimalist, and the ample terrace where you can enjoy nice outdoor dinings.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a beautiful bedroom with space for 2 people. You will enjoy a large outdoor terrace where you can enjoy the sun.
With a sofa bed in the living room, we could fit two more people, a bathroom, stunning terrace, community swimming pool and green areas. (Please check the opening of the pools, before booking)

Close to Centro Plaza Mall and situated within walking distance to all the local amenities shops, cafes, restaurants and the lovely beaches and glittering marina of Puerto Banús. From the airport the easiest way is to arrive with car or taxi, Malaga airport is around 58 km from the property and Marbella City is around 9 km away.
