This apartment of 130 m2 located in an exceptional setting, in the heart of a sumptuous tropical garden, the pool freshly restored and only a hundred meters separate you from the sea. A corner at the same time close to trade, very good tables, surely the quieter part of Paseo located between Puente Romano and Marbella center, this part that one calls "Golden Mile".
You are a few minutes walk from a small visit, a breakfast in the old Marbella, as less than 10 minutes you will be enough to reach Puerto Banús. (7 km by car).
In the heart of Golden Mile, the most sought after area of Marbella at the foot of mountain villages and trail, mountain bike or hike trails.

Fantastic apartment, Best location
We had a fabulous time here, the apartment is spacious and 5 star, lovely terrace by the pool and the beach is only 2 minutes walk. and the beds were so comfortable I slept the best i had in months. would definitely recommend. we will be back!

Perfect First Trip to Marbella
We stayed here along with 2 other couples for a wedding in Benahavis. As this was our first trip to Marbella, we were so lucky to find a place that was so clean, spacious and in a perfect location. We loved being able to walk to the beach, shops and Old Town and it was very easy to get to other parts of Costa del Sol. We would definitely love to stay here again if we return. Fran was lovely and very helpful in assisting us with arrival and any other questions we had.

Fabulous apartment very spacious, clean and modern with a great sized terrace for chilling out, great pool that was very quiet during our stay and had pool to ourselves most days! Easily walkable into old town which is a must to visit! Lots of restaurants close by if you don’t feel like venturing out, beach is right outside with lovely promenade for early morning run/walk! Communication with owner and the fabulous Fran was very easy and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again for another stay! We were three adults staying but apartment could easily accommodate 6 adults! A great find

It was a very nice location and a nice apartment it was clean and tidy but a few niggles I'm afraid. One of the soap dispensers was broken and spilled out soap on the top everytime you used it and for a quality place i would not have expected this, there was only one working key to the pool area so had to get another one cut which was again frustrating. Also and nothing that Christopher could do anything about was the horendous noise every working day from refurbishments on neighbouring apartments which woke everyone up earlier than we would have liked with crashing and banging also high pitched noise from tile saws - NOT GOOD. But apart from this we generally enjoyed our stay.
