"Location wise great, access to food options pool and gym. They don’t change bedsheets only make over the beds during my 5 night stay. They did change a pillow case when they noticed makeup on it. Daily fresh towels water and tea. Access to a microwave in the ice machine room."
"The hotel is almost new built with high standard of materials and wall fittings. That gave a relaxed feeling with newness which we often miss with unmaintained luxurious hotels. I noticed that everything from room to bathroom were new and of premium quality that exhibits the values of money. The overwhelming amenities and facilities would surprise the budget travellers and please luxurious traveller especially when booked suits. Spacious rooms and living rooms ad more breathing spaces for travellers who have high expectation. When something falls short of your habit and expectations reach for Director of Operations Ashmeed as he made sure that we feel comfortable. Selecting suits will make you enjoy. Ashmeed is a responsible and dedicated person and is keen to ensure your comfort going out of the route. Staffs were well behaved and very helpful. Breakfast was good too. Prefer hotel taxi as Trinidad is little difficult for transport. The hotel location is brilliant and central in downtown. Overall, I didn’t require to shell out a lot to make our family trip enjoyable. I would definitely recommend to people who are looking for some premium quality of stays."
