New Tiki hut with big screen TV adjacent to custom designed, private pool & jetted spa. 100 ft of protected, clean deep water canal dockage has quick open water access & fishing from dock. The place was absolutely spotless and very well maintained. The space was comfortable and inviting, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The location was perfect. What a beautiful home with wonderful hosts. The house has everything you could possibly need with a fully equipped kitchen. Ate most meals under Tiki hut. Did some dock fishing and caught a Hog fish. I can’t say enough about Jon and Lori. My husband wasn’t feeling good Christmas Day and Lori brought over broth to help him. Just amazing!We loved it so much we’re thinking of renting for a month instead of just week next time.

The pool—the tiki hut—and the access to water was exactly what we wanted. The icemaker was icing on the cake! All beds are kings—and each has its own bathroom. Perfect! We are coming back for sure!

Peace and quit

The owners met us for check in and couldn’t have been nicer people. They went out of their way to accommodate our every need. The home is located at the end of a quiet court and we had sunset views over the Gulf multiple nights. We rented a boat and this location provides quick access to the open water. Great spot.

Blissful Getaway

Our stay was absolutely perfect! John and his wife were very accommodating, their home was everything advertised and more. The house is very well stocked, bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. The outdoor space was stunning. We had lots of fun in the pool/hot tub, fishing off the dock, lounging and grilling while listening to music. Much needed winter getaway

The property was fantastic and so well taken care of. The pool and outdoor area was beautiful and where we spent a good majority of our time. They had everything we needed from plentiful seating to floats/towels for the pool. We had a great time watching the Super Bowl in the Tiki. Bottom level with 3rd bedroom/bathroom and room with fridge and ice machine was perfect. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking at home. We rented a boat from Island Rentals. Boat was great and they delivered it to us at the house. We loved being on the water! Highly recommend this rental!

Such a wonderful stay with beautiful, clean and comfortable accommodations! My husband and I and our 4 kids had the best time & the hosts were wonderful as well. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The commercial ice maker for long boat days and fishing was so so nice to have. Kids caught many fish right off the dock and provided many tasty dinners. Doesn’t get much better than this house. We will return!

This place has everything! The VIEW, made every morning & evening beautiful, The AMENITIES, everything you want/need is provided, The ICE MACHINE, endless ice available, DOCKAGE, perfect for our 23'(with a convenient ramp just down the road, POOL & HOT TUB perfect for mornings or evening. Unbelievable spot in Marathon

This was our first trip to the Florida Keys. After doing extensive research we chose this listing. From the moment we booked until we checked out Jon and Lori were on top of any questions or concerns that came up. The house is in pristine condition and the pool and dock were a huge bonus. Anyone looking for kayaks they are provided and it is an amazing sunrise out on the water on one. We look forward to return stays at this property.

Jon greeted us upon arrival and was super helpful getting us checked in! The house was very clean and had just about everything you need. Jon lives nearby and is just a phone call away. Week in Paradise in Marathon

This property provided my family and I with all the necessary amenities and conveniences to ensure a fun and relaxing week of vacation. Both the property and amenities were stocked, available, and in working order. The hosts have thought of everything so that all you need to do is stock the fridge and freezer with the food and drinks. The property was very clean and the pool and spa were exceptional. Incredible week

The house was amazing. We went with a total of 3 couples. We each had our own bedroom with King size bed and our own bathroom. That is very rare to find that. The beds were super comfortable. The pool area was beautiful. Upstairs was a screened in porch with table and a sitting area. We ate dinner there. The kitchen was well stocked with every pot or frying pan you could possibly need. All newer appliances. We had an outdoor fridge. Ice maker anything we needed was there. We even had a manatee show up one day! The owners Jon and Lori were great to work with. This property is truly one of the best in Marathon. I cant wait to book it again for my next trip to the keys.
