Our condo features a well-equipped kitchen with a range, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and all the essentials, plus a cozy breakfast nook. The dining area seats six and opens into a comfortable living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa, love seat, recliner, large-screen TV, DVD player, and complimentary internet, perfect for a movie night or a lazy afternoon. Enjoy a fresh air-furnished balcony, accessible from the living room and main bedroom.
The main bedroom suite has a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and balcony access. The guest room offers two twin beds, and a second bathroom is shared with the living area. An in-unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.
Marathon is perfect for nature lovers, adventurers, and beach enthusiasts alike! Enjoy nearby Sombrero Beach, explore Bahia Honda State Park, Crane Point Hammock, the Turtle Hospital, and the Dolphin Research Center. Marathon Key Beach Club boasts of one of the largest pools in the area. It is shared with Banana Bay Resort. Banana Bay Resort offers boat slips and parking for a boat trailer for your convenience. This must be arranged with the dock master directly. Please let us know when you book if this is something you are interested in making arrangements for.
Books, tennis equipment, board games are available at the office.
Marathon is home to the Turtle Hospital. A non-profit rescue, rehab, and release facility that is open for tours.
There are several fishing charter and scuba shops nearby.
There is a limit of two vehicles per unit. There is no room for oversized vehicles or trailers. Parking for one vehicle per unit is available under each building, a second space will be available on the property.
**Cancellations incur a $50 fee for deposit refunds (excludes Airbnb bookings).**
Interaction with Guests:
Onsite Office Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Monday through Saturday. The office will be closed for major holidays unless the major holiday is on Saturday.
The Rental Team will be available 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM every day for assistance, phone numbers will be provided after booking.
