The Space:
Gulf Pointe Paradise is a tranquil townhouse featuring a balcony with sweeping Gulf of Mexico views. Dockage is available on a first-come, first-served basis and conveniently close to the unit, usually accessible. You can comfortably park two cars or one car and a boat trailer beneath the home.
Interior Highlights:
- Spacious 1,400 sq. ft. of interior space.
- An open living area.
- A well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials.
- A convenient half bath on the main level.
- A king-sized bed in the master bedroom.
- A roomy master bathroom with a shower.
- A queen-sized bed in the guest room.
Outdoor Features:
- Expansive L-shaped decks that encircle the condo, offering Gulf of Mexico views on one side and pool views on the other.
- A heated community pool (note: children must be out of diapers as per condo regulations).
- An electric grill for outdoor cooking.
- A sizeable community dock, just a one-minute walk from the unit, located in the Vaca Cut Channel, providing easy access to both the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic.
- Enjoy stunning sunset views and ample Florida Keys sunshine.
- Parking space for two vehicles; arrangements for a boat trailer must be coordinated with our office. Vehicles must be parked under the building.
Nearby, you'll find two public beaches and a state park. Coco Plum is only a 6-minute drive away, Sombrero Beach is a 15-minute drive, and Curry Hammock State Park is just 8 minutes from the home.
Booking Policies:
Minimum Stay: A 7-night minimum stay is required by city regulations, with no exceptions. The city determines the maximum occupancy, and it cannot be exceeded, covering adults, children, and infants.
Cancellation Policy: We maintain a strict 60-day cancellation policy. If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date, you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, excluding processing and admin fees. If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date and we are able to secure another booking for the same time by opening the calendar, you will receive a full refund, minus processing and admin fees. If we are unable to secure another rental for the specified time, the deposit will be the only amount refunded.
Contract: Upon confirmation of your booking by our office, you will receive an Adobe E-Sign contract for signing. Once signed, the contract will be automatically returned to us.
Payment Options: The total reservation charges include credit card processing fees by default. We are happy to accept checks or EFT bank payments with no additional fees, and in those cases, the processing fees can be removed from your total once you confirm your preferred payment method. Credit card payments are subject to the following fees:
– Visa, MasterCard, and Discover incur a 3.5% processing fee (excluding taxes and deposit)
– American Express incurs an additional 0.99% fee (excluding taxes and deposit)
