This villa boasts 2 spacious bedrooms and 1.5 baths, making it an ideal retreat for families and friends. The villa’s interior is designed with relaxation in mind. The private jetted spa pool (88 – 90 degrees Fahrenheit) offers a tranquil spot to unwind after exploring Duck Key. The full kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, while the living space provides a cozy area for guests to gather and create lasting memories. Each bedroom is private, offering a peaceful sanctuary for rest and rejuvenation. The tasteful decor and thoughtful amenities ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.




Located on Duck Key, the villa is surrounded by stunning natural beauty. The island is known as a secluded hideaway from the bustle of the mainland, as well as for its crystal-clear waters and meticulously well-maintained grounds. Whether you’re interested in water sports, bird watching, or simply soaking up the sun, Duck Key offers a variety of activities to suit every interest.

Please note that slip space is not included. Grassy Key Marina is just 2.2 miles from Duck Key for launching your boat, trailer parking, wet slips, fishing pole rentals, and live or frozen bait. Additional costs apply.




Although our rental homes are located at Hawks Cay, the Village at Hawks Cay Villas & Duck Key Condos by KeysCaribbean are not affiliated with Hawks Cay Resort. Our guests do not have access to hotel-owned amenities. Duck Key amenities available to the public include several restaurants and bars, Calm Waters Spa and Fitness Center (open to spa patrons), Dolphin Connection, tennis, private cruises, fishing charters, and boat rentals. There are a variety of water sports equipment rentals and charters available at Sole Watersports which operates out of Hawks Cay Marina. Their activities include kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling, sunset cruises, and day-trips to local sand bars.

Perfect for our family trip to the Keys. I like that it was perfectly located between Marathon and Islamorada. The dolphin encounter was 3 minutes from the house and was a huge hit. House was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed to enjoy a 4 night stay.
