The Space:
This two-bedroom, two-bath condo offers practical space for up to six guests.
The main bedroom includes a king bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds.
The kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances, stove, refrigerator, and microwave, along with cookware, utensils, and dishware for preparing meals.
Meals can be shared at the dining table for six or the kitchen nook for four.
The living area includes a sleeper sofa, recliner, loveseat, flat-screen TV, and DVD player.
An in-unit washer and dryer provide added convenience.

Guest Access:
Marathon Key Beach Club features one of the largest pools in the area and shares amenities with Banana Bay Resort, including access to boat slips and trailer parking (arranged through the dock master). Guests have full use of the condo and resort facilities for relaxation and recreation.
