"A delightful 6-night stay in this very comfortable gîte. Very well equipped accommodation with lovely touches everywhere. The accommodation was beautifully furnished, and the beds were very comfortable. Close enough to St Emilion to be convenient yet far enough away to be quiet. The mosquitoes were a pest, however, so go armed with antidotes if you need them! We would certainly return. The Leclerc supermarket was very convenient."

"House was in a lovely location. Garden was rustic beautiful sound of frogs in the evening. House comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Owner was helpful to accommodate a later check out. Shame half a toilet roll, and no soap provided. Would rather have had these basics than the local bottle of wine! Especially as had just stayed at another place with the basics including toilet paper soap and cleaning products in addition salt and coffee being provided."

"Wow, what a stunning place! Phillipe and Florence gave us such a warm welcome and some useful local tips. The house was well equipped and the grounds were clean, lovely and peaceful. The kids (and us) loved the huge pool as well as little Lola their friendly dog. The photos really don’t do it justice. Thanks for a lovely stay."

"We stayed at Jean's place during our minimoon - it was a lovely location with a private garden and pool, a short drive away from some great restaurants and vineyards. The place was very clean and the hosts were very welcoming upon arrival, we'd definitely go back! Thank you for a great stay Jean!"

"Cette maison est un parfait mélange de luxe et de rusticité. Des prestations haut de gamme dans le salon, mais pas de poignée à la porte de la chambre, ou des salles de bains un peu passées, mais c'est ce contraste qui la rend incroyable. "Nadine is an amazing host. She is very considerate and made us feel welcomed. She will go out of her way to help. The property was very clean and nicely appointed. The bedrooms upstairs were a bit hot but the weather was unusually hot for the time of year. It might be a good idea to invest in some air conditioning units for times when it is unbearable. We were very happy with our stay and Nadine was an excellent host."

"The gite was lovely and a lot bigger than we expected, but there were only 4 of us who visited. The gite had everything we needed, and the view was lovely - across the road was a vineyard, but the gite is on a road where, although cars are few and far between, they do drive far too fast. We had a lovely few days at the beginning of our holiday but on the fourth day a taxi drove into us at speed (not near the gite, on the way to Jonzac) and the hire car we were in was flipped over and ended up...

Quelques informations du site sont erronées : La piscine n'est pas chauffée et n'est pas sécurisée et à priori elle peut être partagée avec une autre location mitoyenne. "Somos una familia de 8, de paso hacia valle del Loira. Fuimos muy bien acogidos por Joël y su mujer, que hablaba español. La casa está recién remodelada con algunos detalles por finalizar (la puerta del aseo). Los cuartos eran grandes y los detalles estaban muy cuidados, con ambientadores y multiplicador de enchufes. "The one lady on reception was really helpful and could speak English. The others on reception were not helpful and could not speak English. The property needs a good clean and needs a good paint. The Continental Breakfast included in my rate was great value for money. The rooms are not cleaned/serviced daily. The free toiletries was body wash only in the bathroom. You have to ask for extra towels and for loo paper if needed. There was sufficient parking."
