"I really loved the hotel. We had a very good stay and I would love to come back. The room was very comfortable and the furniture modern and stylish. I also really appreciated the design and the architecture of the hotel and of course the location! There is also a list of activities that are offered which I thought was a lovely idea to further engaged guests in the overall experience. Unfortunately, because of heavy rain, most of the activities were canceled when we were there. The only details I think needs addressing is the lighting in the bathroom which is too dim, especially by the vanity. It’s not possible to put make up on or to shave adequately in such dim light. I believe this should be addressed to make your hotel near perfect!! Thank you 😊 "

"My wife was unwell, and the staff arranged a car to take us to a nearby clinic. The staff is professional and kind. Will be recommending the hotel to all family and friends."

"Location was in a quiet area with awesome views Loved the sounds.like walking in a tropical jungle Birds and frogs chirping all around.like a symphony in surround sound Dolby ! Our rooms had awesome views and bathrooms had an open air ambiance with rain showers and soaking tub. Vinesh our porter and club car valet was always there when needed.Restaurant staff and food was also top notch.Wished we stayed a little longer.A must stay at Taj when in Munnar !"

"Heaven!! Beautiful views and lots of space to walk around the area. Staff were super nice and the blue ‘pidgeon wings’ tea is sooo nice I had to have more. This was the welcome drink! It quite far to get to from cochi but I would definitely love to come back here. "

"Sterling Kodai Lake amazed us! The lush green garden was beautifully maintained, and the property itself is a stunning highlight of Kodaikanal. There were many great photo spots in the facility. The service team was wonderful, and overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay by the lake."

"Property is huge and the cottage given had privacy. The food options were provided but often delayed by an hour. The entire resort is clean and noise free. Amenities in terms of sports equipment were limited. Overall, worth a visit away from city’s hustle bustle environment."
