Portion of villa with private pool located in front of the white sandy beach of Cann'esisa. Recently built, it is tastefully furnished and has air conditioning in all rooms.

In the village there are all the services: market, restaurants, playground, medical guard, bars. You can also go diving at the diving center, snorkeling and other activities.

Casa accogliente e arredata con gusto. A disposizione anche molti utensili come tostapane, minipimer, caffettiere sia elettriche che non. L’esterno non grandissimo ma comodo. Bellissima la piscina sempre pulitissima. Posizione comoda sia per Cagliari che per villasimius e dintorni.

Great location with wonderful views

We really enjoyed our two-week holiday in this spacious and newly finished semi-detached villa. Beautifully presented, smart and peaceful area, lofty position with great views and a short walk to the quiet, picturesque beach below.
