Everything is almost perfect. Location, staff, swimming pool, sauna is a little cool for a sauna. Will highly recommend staying in this hotel. A lot of excellent sites in a walking distance, excellent neighborhood. However, I have an important recommendation. I stayed four nights. On my last night, I had to repeatedly call the reception with no live response. There is NO INOFRMATION in the room about how to contact ANYTHING by the phone! Only some QR codes for food service. In the course of an hour, I wan on the phone in my room trying to contact Reception. I got their number upon my request on my first night. NO ANSWER. It was difficult for me to go down because everything was packed and I had to put my COAT over my pijama and walk down to the Reception. A young male Receptionist was talking with two checking in guests. I had to wait for him to posy attention that I was there, too. I told him that was calling for about an hour and only got a recorded message, his answer: I AM BUSY. No apologies. I had to wait again! Finally, he recorded my request for a wake up call with a comment: "Tranquila, Senora! Perfecto." I told him that he needed some TRAINING in Customer Service. I SUGGEST that there should be all emergency numbers on the phones in the rooms like it is in a hotel in Buenos Aires where I stay regularly. HOW TO PLACE a call to: Medical Emergency, Police, Domestic Violence line (even this later is listed in most hotels. What if somebody needs immediate assistance???

The staff are very friendly, both at the front desk and the restaurant. My issue with this place is the quality of the facility itself. The shower head was oxidated and one of the shower handles broke when we tried to turn on the hot water. Also, the towels and bathroom as a whole looked old, the room we were in could use an upgrade and upkeep sometime soon. Also the gym had almost no equipment and again the equipment looked old and not well maintained.

Lamentablemente pagué más de 150,000 por reservar antes en lugar de hacerlo ahí. Luego el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionó quisimos comunicarnos telefónicamente y tampoco andaba el teléfono. Lo peor fue el sábado a la mañana! 8 a.m parecía que había una colonia de verano de niños. Por supuesto no podemos seguir descansando! Me asomé por la ventana y eran siete niños solos corriendo por todos el lugar. Sin ningún adulto al cuidado. Me parece perfecto que esos disfruten pero el hotel también debería ocuparse de que nosotros podamos descansar.

Reserve porque decía que la habitación tenía aire acondicionado y no fue así. No había, sufrí del calor y no pude dormir. Cuando fui a recepción a quejarme la respuesta q me dieron es que tarda 3 días en prenderse y que abra la ventana. La abrí como me dijeron y se llenó de bichos. Me volví a quejar y me dijeron que no podían hacer nada, que me joda básicamente. Después de varias idas y vueltas conseguí que me den un ventilador, que ayudó un poquito con el calor pero casi nada. Sumado al calor, el ventilador hacía un ruido infernal.

Correcto

El servicio general estuvo acorde. La habitación es agradable y de buen espacio, el servicio de recepción fue muy cordial y agradable. La pileta es grande y agradable, pero la misma no estaba del todo limpia, y menos a la tarde. El servicio de desayuno estaba aceptable pero las medialunas se acabaron uno de los días y no reponían, no eran de tan buena calidad.

Instalaciones buenas y limpias, sin room service

El hotel está en muy buen estado en general, las habitaciones se mantienen limpias y el personal es muy amable. La pileta tienen muy buena temperatura e incluso te prestan salvavidas para los niños. Lo único a objetar es: 1) Nadie te ayuda con el equipaje durante el checkin o checkout. 2) No hay room service por lo que si quieres un café vete a buscarlo al bar. Esto es especialmente incomodo con niños. 3) El desayuno muy poco variado.

Paguei por um quarto com ar condicionado para 1 semana e o mesmo so funcionou 2 dias. Atendimento da recepção sem flexibilidade. Mau humor durante as reclamações. Recomendable pero con detalles

Solo un detalle a mejorar. Había reservado con cochera y late check out y al llegar me informaron que no había disponibilidad de ambas cosas. Lo que me obligó a buscar otro estacionamiento y cambiar de Hotel. Una lastima porque siempre me alojo en este hotel y tuve que salir a buscar otras opciones
