"Very bad experience. The duvet was soaking wet and I complained, the person in charge said they iron it with steam and that’s to be like that. Drunk couple fighting on the corridor the whole night waking everybody up and knocking on doors at 5 o’clock in the morning. Overall cleanliness very bad. Breakfast doesn’t include coffee. A total nightmare!"

"Hotel a precisar de obras com urgência, a oferta de água que o anúncio indicava só foi feita na primeira noite, algumas falhas no serviço, elevador com muitos problemas, ficámos trancados dentro do elevador 2 vezes. O pequeno almoço servido foi sempre igual, moelas, iscas, ovo estrelado, todos os dias a mesma coisa. Simpatia e atenção dos funcionários boa."
