"It was our first big trip overseas and Richard made our accommodations easy and painless! We stayed just over two weeks, and though the room was small it was great for our budget. Richard treated us like family, always made sure we had eaten good food, and gave us lots of recommendations. We could always rely on him to help us in a pinch, and he was ready to offer accommodations for items that didn’t come with the room (such as ordering us large towels).
