We’d flown from across the country at the last minute for a family emergency and had a nightmare scenario with our first hotel. When we needed to move to Drury to be closer to make arrangements, Ben was extremely helpful, letting us check in early, switching our room, and letting us check out a night early even though we had a non refundable reservation through Expedia. Truly the kindest, friendliest person we’d met on this trip and we’ll be forever grateful.
