"Itā€™s everything you would expect in a City location. Sandwiches between a local grocery, bars and bakery/sandwich shop and numerous restaurants within minutes by foot. City life abounds with homeless and noise, sleepless in Seattle is the name of the game. Accommodations were safe and secure. Condo represents as described however steps to upstairs room were tough. Some maintenance was required and internet was spotty. Overall suited our needs. Marijuana fumes were strong with windows or sliders...

"This apartment is great for the price and location if you have a big group. We all fit in easily and were able to live there for 4 nights with ease. It's also in a great location. The apartment itself though is fairly old and kind of dingy. That being said, if you have a big group for a few nights in Seattle, I think this is a good spot to stay at."

"This condo was a great fit for 3 adults. The pullout couch is badly stained and should be replaced but we survived using it. The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot. "We have never been to Seattle outside of the airport and we wanted to see the city. My wife and I are 73 years old but are healthy enough to walk several miles per day. We came with a rental car but chose this property because it included secure downtown parking. We found that we could walk to see everything in downtown from the Space Needle to the ferries. and everything in between. "The condo was within walking distance of everything - close to the Capital Hill area and walking distance to Pike Place City Market. We even walked to the Space Needle. Condo was as pictured and worked well for our stay. Host was very responsive to any communications. We would stay here again. Only cons are that the internet was sketchy, the bathroom could use updating, and host didn't allow us to check out one hour late. All minor, but that is why we gave overall 4 vs 5 stars."

"Donā€™t be fooled by your first impression pulling into condo complex! This cozy place is around the back of the building a nice quiet little neighborhood on its own. The place is very clean and comfortable. It is ready for a family vacation. Only 2 miles from the airport. Very convenient. I would definitely recommend it. "

"My husband and I live locally and wanted a weekend getaway to sit back and relax. This property definitely delivered. Although there was a neighboring home and second apartment above ours, our space felt very private and secluded. The apartment overlooks the river and train trestle. The only thing that didnā€™t go as planned was the hot plate, we couldnā€™t get our water to boil for some mac&cheese, but we had a backup!
