"We were in town for a family wedding the same weekend as a dance/cheer competition. Since it was a small wedding, no hotel blocks had been set aside, and by the time I got around to booking, they were either full or super expensive. Then I found this place, and it was better than a hotel! We had three couples, so the three bedrooms and three bathrooms were ideal. The house was immaculate and well stocked with everything we needed. Every surface is new, and we loved the open kitchen and living...

"This property is convenient to Geneva where we spent most of our time. It’s almost impossible to find a one story property with 2 full bathrooms plus a washer/dryer. The owners were responsive to our questions and concerns plus the family is on property. We will definitely stay again when we return to the area! Even the car rental location was only 10 minutes away….."

"The perfect place to host a cousins reunion. A couple of the out of towners stayed overnight while the Chicagoland cousins came for an afternoon visit. Loved the screened in porch and the outside deck. The house was well furnished, clean, comfortable and the host so accommodating. We will be back."

"Firstly, Harry was a breeze to communicate with. He always responded promptly and was very articulate/helpful with any questions I had. He also was very thoughtful during my stay and brought over a bin of extra comforters and blankets without me asking. Second, the house was amazing. Everything was clean, the furniture and decorations created a very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Location is also very convenient. Check in process was very easy with an electronic lock. 0 complaints :)"

"Our stay at your home was absolutely wonderful. The house is beautifully decorated with so many little details taken care of. This really made our stay a comfortable one. We enjoyed the deck, yard, fireplace, and shed. The spacious layout allowed for guests to move about as needed, but yet spend intimate time visiting. Ninna's communication and hospitality were excellent. We will certainly plan future trips around this home's availability and I would recommend it to anyone."

"A group of dance moms and teens stayed the weekend for a competition close by. It was perfect for us. Plenty of room and supplies needed for sleeping and making meals. It was super clean and felt safe. Rachel was so pleasant and accommodating as well as easy to reach when needed through texts. Definitely would stay here again."
