"The Imperial hotel was o.k. not great. The room showed some wear and tear . The pool water was very murky which was a big disappointment . The hotel is quite far from the main part of Kuching. Yet the hotel provided limited shuttle service. Cheap dining opportunity was available at the adjacent shopping ..."

"Check-in was very smooth. Nick was very responsive when we needed anything. There were 5 of us and only 2 keys so need to coordinate when you go out. Key was needed to use the elevator.
