"Jessie was responsive and made the check in process easy. This place was located in a quiet neighborhood and not too far from the grocery store (Safeway), hospital, and modern park. Unfortunately, the floor needed to be swept and mopped. If you plan on cooking, bring your own: cutting board, knife, and mixing bowls. Correction on the the bedroom listing: there is only 1 queen bed and 1 double bed, not 2 of each as listed on the site. Otherwise, a good stay for the price. I would stay here again."

The host is a caring, responsive manager but we didn't have to engage him except to get an additional night. A true, relaxing pleasure in SE Colorado. "
