I paid for an ocean view room and I got the back of the hotel. Can’t connect to WiFi and non staff can help , say connection is bad. I asked for help only front desk can assist and lines are long and only one person is at the desk. Not what I expected for my girdt time using Expedia .

Beautiful hotel, great rooms, and a location that cant be beat --right on the beach. Service was lacking and the food was not great. Go out to eat as much as you can.

The rooms we got were right above the entertainment so it was very noisy and we were not able to rest well, my family all got sick from the food they serve. Hotel is clean and staff is very pleasant, the beach is fantastic!

Love that it's beachfront. The pool was very nice and clean. Staff were friendly. Food was not great but good, and fruit was fresh. Entertainment was good the 1st night, though the Karaoke 2nd night not kid friendly, crowded and not enough seating provided, we left after 10min.

The hotel room, the hotel staff, the ocean views, overall cleanliness of the dining room, our hotel room and the swimming pools. All were first class. I may have wanted a few more vegan options in the dining room, but the food was great.

Our room was very damp, moist. Covers were wet and damp. Not sure it was due the ocean or poor room ventilation. Hallway was so noisy, weddind from musicnight until 2am. Music was so loud you could hear it from the 15th floor

Everything was great at the hotel, the only 2 bad things I could say would be that they’ve locked the tvs and you can’t get English channels even with staff help. And then the beach is quite deep, you from knee deep to chin deep in about 5 feet from shore. But very great hotel
