Beautiful House in Royal Country Pool and Beach

Imagine waking up calmly, and cooking a great breakfast in the spacious kitchen on the granite counter, while in the background you turn on the Smart TV with relaxing music from YouTube. Then you go to take a dive in the condo's pool, while you prepare to go eat at a restaurant on the shore of the beach that is located inside the Santiago club, such as club oasis, beach club, portofino or la boquita, while you enjoy a cool drink with the ocean breeze.
The space
Place in a private subdivision, with 24/7 surveillance, with a pool within the subdivision, palapa, tennis court, even next to a golf course, a few meters from restaurants and beaches such as Miramar, Club Santiago, Club Oasis and La Boquita. And with limited access to a beach club that is approximately 700 meters away. of the subdivision (what is paid is access to the property, the beach club is free of charge and independent of the property and there may not be availability or space).

- 3 spacious bedrooms each with a queen-size bed, air conditioning, Smart TV and Wifi.
-Each bedroom has a PVC closet.
-The 3rd room has direct access to the 2nd bathroom and has a second full kitchen.
-A spacious room with air conditioning, Smart TV and Wifi with 1 sofa that becomes 2 separate single beds
-2 large bathrooms with beautiful skylight.
-Beautiful kitchen made with Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) covered with black granite.
-A backyard to hang clothes.
-1 Washing machine that if required in stays of less than 1 week has a cost and is operated only by our housekeeper, in stays longer than 1 week the service is provided free of charge by our housekeeper (maximum 2 loads free of charge) 1 time per week including laundry and cleaning.
-There are 2 parking spaces available, in case you have another vehicle or a large vehicle it is necessary to park it next to the guardhouse.
Guest access
It is very important to choose the correct number of guests as they will receive a bracelet upon entering and car license plate in case of having a vehicle.
Since if you do not choose the correct number of guests, they will not be allowed to access.
Other things to note
The washing machine is operated solely by our housekeeper and they are given a free cleaning service and 2 maximum loads free of charge for stays longer than 1 week (7 days). If you require a washing machine so as not to make them wait, please notify us in advance to schedule the service for a minimum of 24 hours. So if you stay in example 2 Weeks, you receive free of charge each week cleaning and laundry service.
