"Very nice property very clean throughout. 3 sinle beds in room, 55"TV, Fridge in room with access to Kitchen. Plenty of on street parking. Bus stop just outside to city centre with chip shop and Tesco a few minutes down the road. Recommend property and would stay again."

"I had a bad expirience in Arman guest house. Room was with staned walls and carpet. Smelly matrass and pullows, dirthy shower curtains ans shower. I jad to buy a pullow and bedshits, i used my towel and clean the surfaces with wipes. I had to stay cut my stay to 4 nights insted of 5. Other guests were very rough and in the night they showted unapropriate words and nocked on my door. I told the owner but he refused toadress the issue. * you knaw jaw it is* - that ware his words. "Very pleasant experience checking in. Very friendly, helpful reception staff. We booked a standard twin room which was immaculately clean. Beds very comfortable and loved the walk in shower. We booked breakfast and it was amazing. Reception even booked parking for us as the hotel parking was full. Cant fault this hotel. Would definitely stay again if we ever need to stay over in Leicester. "
