Rocky Point Lodge is perfect for enjoying lovely lakeside escapes at Lake Chelan! This three-bedroom home features two kitchens, 150 feet of private waterfront, a lily pad for playing in the lake, one floating buoy for boat/jet ski tie up and a hot tub for those chilly winter nights. This home is perfect for family-friendly fun, and we are dog friendly!
Located on the border of Manson & Chelan, Rocky Point Lodge is 3.5 miles from downtown Manson and 4 miles from Historic Downtown Chelan. What’s great about this premier waterfront home is that you can take advantage of a secluded atmosphere, with only one nearby neighbor.
With a spacious, multi-level interior filled with modern touches, colorful furnishings and five cable-equipped televisions, this lakeside retreat is great for large group gatherings! You can enjoy two entertainment/living rooms for (perfect for adults upstairs and kids downstairs), plus the wraparound deck and large outdoor patio will allow you to sip your morning coffee, prepare summertime BBQs and indulge in evening happy hours overlooking the lake.
The private stretch of waterfront is what truly makes this home so unique. In addition to the patio, you'll find a set of stairs leading down to the inviting waterfront, providing guests with lounge chairs, two docks, lake access and floating buoy. Fishing is fun for the whole family as you can bait your line right off these docks. You can also cool off in the summer months with a swim in the lake and sunbathe on the floating blowup pad. Furthermore, the house is equipped with a private hot tub, perfect for relaxing and soaking those muscles after a good day snow skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, water skiing, etc.
**Please note that there are 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. The 2 full bathrooms are en-suites and found upstairs and can be accessed through the two primary bedrooms.
CHELAN COUNTY VACATION RENTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ROCKY POINT LODGE:
1. Max Occupancy (daytime & night time): 10 guests (all ages)
2. Max number of vehicles: 5
3. Quiet Hours: 9pm-8am (Sun-Thu) & 10pm-8am (Fri-Sat)
4. No trash shall be left outside of provided trash receptacles
5. Renters will follow all and any county mandated burn bans
VERIFIED VIOLATIONS BY THE CITY OR COUNTY OF CHELAN AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. $250 fine per violation by the county (thousands more for burn ban violations)
2. Forfeit of guests’ damage deposit and/or refundable property fee
3. Immediate eviction
4. Homeowners & hosts to lose their permit to operate

Rocky Point Lodge provides guests with two kitchens, which both are well-equipped with modern appliances, plenty of cookware and generous countertop space to accommodate family meal prep and appetizers. Enjoy your meals inside or outside as both areas will comfortably accommodate your group. The gas grill can be found outside on the patio and propane is provided.
When it comes time to retire for the evening, you’ll find two large master suites upstairs, with newly added king sized beds, and one bedroom downstairs with a queen sized bed. These three bedrooms feature lakeside views and are equipped with TVs and comfortable sitting areas for lounging. Extra sleeping space in the home is provided on a futon (double), bunk beds (2 singles) and on the sofa beds (doubles, three total).
Lake Chelan has a lot to offer for every group. When you are not water skiing, boating, swimming at the lake or wine tasting, you can enjoy all that downtown Manson and Chelan have to offer. In the winter time, take in the beautiful snow capped mountains and come enjoy the many events that Manson and Chelan host (Christmas at the Lake, Winterfest, Red Wine & Chocolate, winery hosted dinners and so much more!).
The house comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and is pet friendly. We allow a MAX of two dogs for a nominal fee.
Parking Notes: Parking is permitted in front of the house and garage and can accommodate five cars. Boat and trailer parking are not permitted. Also, please do not block other homes’ access or drive over the lawns. The garage is not open for guests’ use. If you’re bringing a boat, please be sure to let us know and we can help provide more details.
Water Access: yes, on the water. You can tie up one boat to the floating buoy (boats are not able to tie up to the docks). Anchoring of boats is not allowed due to water supply lines that run in the lake. Boat and insurance details are required. If you’re bringing or renting a boat, please be sure to let us know and we can help provide more details. Due to fluctuating lake levels, usage of the floating buoy may not always be available.

GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking
2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted
3. $500 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported.
