Je souhaite vous faire part de mon mécontentement concernant mon séjour. La chambre qui m’a été attribuée était particulièrement petite et ne correspondait pas à mes attentes. De plus, elle ne disposait d’aucune vue, contrairement à ce qui pouvait être attendu lors de la réservation. Par ailleurs, j’ai été déçue par le comportement du personnel, que j’ai trouvé peu professionnel et peu accueillant.

Bon séjour!

Bon séjour dans cet hôtel, les deux personnes à l'accueil, sont toutes deux sympathiques compétentes, aimables et à l'écoute. La chambre est correcte, juste 2 points à signaler, beaucoup de moustiques, heureusement désormais nous glissons toujours dans notre valise une prise anti moustiques sans parfum. Et le lit en 140 un peu juste lorsqu'on a l'habitude d'un lit plus grand ( mais c'est un détail!) Proxilité d'un restaurant fort agréable et excellent!

La chambre était petite et étouffante. La salle de bain était divisée en deux : les toilettes et la douche se trouvaient dans une pièce et le lavabo dans l'autre. La propreté laissait à désirer. Il n'y avait pas de crochets pour suspendre les serviettes, il fallait donc les poser sur les toilettes. La porte fermait mal. Sécurité défaillante
