"We stayed in the shepherd's hut, it was really lovely, private and tranquil. The wood burner is a great addition and ensured we stayed very cosy evrn though it was freezingoutside. The surrounding area is beautiful, lots of walks, a beautiful lake and lots of wildlife. The lodge was comfortable and really well equipped for cooking and relaxing. Hope to return in tje summer."

"A great base to take trips out from. The house was perfect for our family. We cook a lot and there was everything we needed to prepare home cooked food for our family. We all settled in very easily with very clear instructions from the owner. The town is very quaint with lots of walks locally and a bit further afield. "Probably one of my favorite locations I stayed in all of Ireland. The breakfast was an amazing spread and she will also make you something hot to order. Lovely room with an amazing view overlooking the lake. Not much to do nearby so the perfect getaway in the country! Will absolutely book again if available when I'm back. "
