"The visit was in a nice area, the amenities were amazing! The Bevi water station felt like a luxury. Unfortunately, the elevator was out and we were not told until our visit started. My husband had just recovered from the flu and it was exhausting for him to walk up and down the stairs for 4 stories and 6 stays. I wish they had let us know this occurred so we could have booked another location to prevent any issues. They let us know it would weeks to fix this issue. So why weren’t we notified?"

It was only a five-minute walk to his campus, and I could also take a public bus to the airport, which was very convenient.
