Located in a quiet, rural area just 11 miles from Rodeo Austin or Giga Texas and 25 minutes from downtown Austin, this well-appointed home was recently stripped down to the studs and newly constructed - every inch is brand new including all bathrooms and the kitchen. With its private guesthouse and outdoor oasis, this relaxed retreat has practically everything you need for a wonderful vacation and refreshing change-of-scenery, including:
- Generously equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, additional coffee pot, coffee, teas, and hot chocolate.
- High Speed Wi-Fi
- 65” Smart TVs in main and guesthouse living areas, plus 42” smart TVs in all 6 bedrooms
- Comfortable king beds in the two guesthouse bedrooms and main house primary and 3rd bedroom, along with queen beds in the main house 2nd bedroom and the bunk beds in the gameroom/4th bedroom, all featuring luxurious linens & oh-so-fluffy bed pillows (choose soft, firm, or both!)
- Washer and dryer in the main house with detergent and dryer sheets provided

The main house hallway bathroom features a shower and deep tub combo, while the primary en suite bathroom offers a double vanity and walk-in shower. We provide freshly laundered towels and washcloths for each guest. In addition to the basics, you'll find:

- And many other extras to make your stay a pleasant and easy one
Items of Note
Regarding pets, pet fees are $125 + $20/pet/night + any applicable taxes. This will be charged through Airbnb after the booking is confirmed. We ask that you only bring well-behaved pets who are house-trained :) You are responsible for picking up after any pet brought to the property, any damage or disturbance caused by pets, and accept all liability for incidents involving pets. There is a fenced backyard for your dog(s) to use. Thank you!
Guest limits: This property has a guest limit of 10 standard and 16 maximum. Extra guest fees apply beyond standard occupancy.
Maintenance: This property has regularly scheduled pool maintenance/cleaning every Monday & Friday.
Even with our regular pest management services, it’s possible you may encounter wildlife and other creatures at this property, including fire ants, scorpions, wasps, and snakes. Enjoy but be careful and stay on our property at your own risk.
* Before booking, see the House Rules including our policies about being a good neighbor. Failure to follow our House Rules will be considered a violation of your rental agreement and may result in immediate eviction from the property without a refund plus you may incur additional fees and costs.

This listing includes the entire house. You’ll have access to the entire property with these exceptions: One closet in the 4th bedroom/gameroom contains housekeeping items and is locked.

Please remember to treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP but there is no one living on site 24/7.

This home is located in a rural area, which offers a peaceful and natural setting. However, due to the surrounding environment, occasional sightings of insects and bugs, especially during certain seasons, are common. While we do our best to keep the home clean and pest-controlled, a few critters may still find their way inside. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the charm of this countryside escape!

**If there's any extra trash that doesn’t fit in the bins (which can sometimes happen after gatherings), it may need to be removed separately, and there could be an additional charge. To help avoid any extra fees, we kindly ask that all trash fits securely inside the provided bins.**
Please note that the fireplace is not functional until further notice.
Please ensure that all waste is disposed of in the correct bins. Placing trash in recycling or compost containers will result in a fine to cover the cost of a haul-off.
