"I had a lovely spa day here and stayed one night its was amazing"

"The hotel was refurbished in February 2026 but the lift wasn’t working yet. The rooms looked lovely but it had single glazed windows so it was extremely noisy because the hotel is on the High Street. Lots of cars going past with loud exhausts and blaring music until the early hours so it disturbed my sleep. Bed and pillows were comfy. Unable to open windows to get air in. Found a toenail and false finger nail on the floor. Room door shuddered whenever someone opened or closed their room door nearby. No soundproofing, could hear all conversations in the corridor. Car park didn’t feel very safe, seemed quite rough and it was an additional fee."

"This is my wife and I's favourite hotel, we love staying here, I think the cleaning staff do an amazing job, as the rooms are always clean and immaculate, topped up wit all the essentials, the, unsung heroes in my opinion! Some of the front of house team are the warmest and most welcoming, people I've ever met, I have say thank you to Maria for looking after us in such a high degree, she left us feeling we wished we could have stayed longer, which we will do next time because of her warmth and regards to us and her other guests, she deserves to be nurtured to growth and ... IBIS, you can't pay enough for what she gives your hotel and us, id also like a special mention, and share our appreciation to Gorsia{Manager}, in ore and appreciation of her enthusiasm, professionalism and work ethos, couldn't thank her enough for her attention to detail and all our needs. We enjoyed our breakfast, only thing I'd add is bring back the fried/poached eggs! We need our protein guys, but seriously, many thanks to all at the Ibis in Northampton IBIS, you're the best see you soon. Mary/Peter"

"Lovely big room with everything we needed. We did have a step into the bathroom which customers need to be aware of. Bathroom was super clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We needed to check in early and our bags were kept safely although our room was ready for us soon after our arrival. Breakfast was great value for money. Tea and coffee was served at the table with continental or full English options available. Had a drink outside on the street side terrace in the sunshine before walking to the Curve theatre/city centre which is approximately a ten minute walk away. The bar was open on our return later in the evening and served our party a good variety of drinks including cocktails and tea and coffee. Overall a lovely welcoming experience and would recommend if you’re looking for a city break."

"I stayed at Bosworth Hall Hotel and was impressed by how large and grand the property is. The building and grounds are beautiful and give it a real sense of character. However, the size also made it difficult to get around. There were no maps available and very little signage or information to help guests find their way. As a first-time visitor, this was quite frustrating and made navigating the hotel confusing at times."
