A superb rental holiday house, you will instantly feel at home with your drink in hand, admiring the sunset, freshly caught fish or steak cooking on the BBQ, ducks and pelicans gliding by as you contemplate your next days agenda.

Blue water has been designed to make the most of lakeside living and is fitted out to make your holiday by the lake a special, fun, and relaxing experience.

The house is a substantial high quality master-designed 2 story residence, With upper and lower decks at the rear offering stunning uninterrupted panoramic views of the lake, you can walk directly from the lower deck, across the lawn, straight out to the lake and the jetty where you can also moor your boat.

There is parking space at the front for 2 cars, and is only 200 metres away from the popular Vales Point boat ramp and picnic area, with netted swimming area for the kids to enjoy.

There are three impressive and comfortable downstairs open plan living areas, a modern very well equipped kitchen, four bedrooms upstairs with ducted air conditioning, and a home theatre and rumpus area with views across the lake.

Above all, you will appreciate the calming and refreshing effects of waking up to a beautiful lake and the sights and sounds of the abundant bird life (including opportunity to feed the friendly local pelicans).

Just beautiful and relaxing

This is my 2nd time staying at this house. We really enjoyed our relaxing weekend just enjoying the waters and view. Owner let us have use of the kayaks.

Great location disappointing house

We stayed at the property for a few days the location was great! The house was not the cleanest on arrival the carpets were all torn and old. Beds were not comfortable and old. They accused us of leaving stains on the old white carpet in a room no one even used during our stay. We left the property cleaner then it was on arrival! For the prices charged carpets/furniture should be updated to meet the market of other fully renovated houses located up the road for the same price.

Wake Up to a beautiful waterview

House is beautiful and clean in a great neighbourhood right on the water. It has everything needed so no need to bring anything other than yourself. Loved that the owner let use of 2 kayaks & a canoe. Place has table and chairs at back where you overlook private jetty and watch the ducks and pelicans swim by and watch the sunset. Bedrooms and living space is very spacious.

Mannering Park was a lovely place for extended family to chill for the week after such a hectic 2020. Large house and areas for family to find their own quiet space.

Nice-quite location and environment, Perfect for holiday, Far away from the crowd. Well organized house for entertainment. Blue Water view from the large balcony and king bedroom as well as from ground floor open alfresco. Kids love to play with ducks. All facilities there but need to pay for everything even toilet paper. Upstair central heater not working properly, Its not works for King bedroom and common area, we were suffering to stay in winter night. Need ti fix.

Absolutely Horrendous Experience!

Paid a premium and booked 2 nights with 4 adults and 2 toddlers and had no hot water on the 1st day/night. Next day spent the whole day at property waiting for 2 lots of tradesmen to arrive and rectify the issue. Still no hot water on the 2nd night. Left 10am next morning. Informed agent who had no empathy whatsoever. Kindly requested a 1 day refund as we didn't experience and holiday. Owner said sorry and offered $200 only 6 weeks after chasing them via email and phone calls constantly for any response. Clearly the agents and owner have only one thing in mind - take your money and run! Beware!!!

Excellent property

The house was fantastic and had everything we needed and more. Carpets are a bit tired in section but certainly doesn't take away anything from the property. Location amazing with great views over the lake. Home theatre was a bonus and a big hit with the children. Owners extremely accommodating. The was dryer broken on arrival and when we highlighted this, it was replaced within 24hrs. Now that is service. Would highly recommend this property and will be booking it again.

Beautiful house in a gorgeous spot

We were stranded in the heat and needed some where to stay. I emailed regarding this property and had a reply and was in the house within maybe 30mins to an hour. The house is beautiful. Big enough for everyone and plenty to keep them all amused. It us in such a quiet and picturesque location with netted swimming area just across the road. We loved it. Just wished we could have stayed longer

Could Want for Nothing Less

The place was excellent and had everything we needed. Short 2 night stay during the colder time of year so had everything we wanted. The house is filled with all the essentials and some nice addition's also. Summer time stay would be great with excellent access to the lake.
