"Hotel was clean, staff were friendly & professional. Breakfast was very good! We just wish there were an outdoor pool rather than indoor. It was a little noisy when youngsters were swimming, which really wasn’t too bad. Children’s laughter is good for the soul. We just prefer being outside in the sun with a pool."

"Great place to stay. I am a repeat guest. Staff is helpful and friendly. Close to shopping and attractions, specifically Manitou Incline. Bus to the incline is right across the street. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Will stay again."

"The hotel is undergoing renovations but the new Buffalo Bar is open and real nice - Jamie is fantastic! I didn’t get to the restaurant but had the Buffalo Burger at the bar and it was excellent. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was fine, window a/c was a bit noisy but I slept well. No valet sign so I parked out front in the street (scan the QR on sign, and pay fee at 7am online with plate#). Easy access to Pike Peak in the morning."

"This is THE place to stay! It’s a so homey and cozy. Location couldn’t be more convenient for doing and seeing all northern Colorado has to offer. We changed our trip after beginning at the Innhale we chose to end it at the Innhale as well, ITS THAT RELAXING! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this as a must!"

"Excellent stay !!! Our cottage was perfect and met all of our needs. Super quiet location. We were 1.5 miles from the shops and food. The location couldn’t have been better. We asked for towels and extra coffee. Was at our door when we got back from a long day. Excellent value. Excellent and professional host / owner customer service. We plan on sharing this location with our friends and family."
