"We talked to Dennis for 6 months planning our stay. When we arrived, there was a note on the office door with a number to call. I called the number to find out, Dennis wasn't there, and wasn't going to be there at all for our stay. (When I spoke to him 2 days prior and he never mentioned this or the fact we would be checking ourselves in.) We were told to go on in and our door combination was given to us over the phone.
