"It is a cute little apartment on the 2nd floor. We did not use the kitchen to cook, but just spend 4 nights while we stayed busy for the graduation and visiting friends. The location was perfect as we could walk to the church and all things in downtown and to campus. There is a long straight staircase to go upstairs and each steps a bit narrower than nowadays standard. So be aware but I think it’s a building built in 1800’s. "I needed a comfortable place to stay for a few nights. My days were packed so it was really just a place to lay my head. I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. The unit had a completely functional kitchen and it was very clean. It’s an old building renovated into separate apartments, buts it’s very functional. Floors were uneven in places but that’s expected in such an old building. Bathroom was clean and there was great water pressure in the shower. I will stay here again."

"What a nice little place! They had everything we needed! A hottub, a kitchen, and a quiet getaway spot to be with a couple friends. In the summer months, there's a beautiful pool, but it was just too cold for us in March. Loved the apartment, and loved how cozy & comfortable it was for us!!!"

My only issues are that we didn't find out until after booking that the property is shared with renters living upstairs. This to me is an issue and should be shared before booking. "From CJ, to the accommodations, to the wonderful small town USA, I loved my trip! The apartment has everything you need for a restful trip. I loved the hot shower with the awesome water pressure. Parking next to the unit was certainly a plus. In fact there are no negatives I could assign to CJ’s place. It’s super quiet, but close to anything you would need from town. CJ was very responsive and a wonderful host. If I am ever in the area again, this will definitely be my first choice."
