"The pool was dirty, the beach was covered in garbage. The room smelled bad and there were ants on the bed. We booked the room then decided to leave. Lost the cost of the room but didnt sleep with the ants. Went to the resort next door instead "

"The bathroom gets flooded after taking a shower. Receptionist did not cooperate calling shuttle bus to the airport coz she has her own contact and she gets commission. Hotel should coordinste with shuttle pick up"

"Commendable staff. Rooms acceptable but for tourism purposes- needs some freshening up (paint, caulking of bathroom). Free breakfast good enough but could be improved esp. when am paying for extra guests."
