Awesome view of river an boats from my rooms back sliding door entrance with table,chairs an picnic table. riverwalk is just down the steps. U can walk to the beach one way or downtown shopping the other, awesome location. Good price for the view. Only wish the room had a chair or table other than a closet for my belongings. Shower is pretty small. Pet friendly place. Glad I stayed there.

Love this little property right next to the canal. Perfect location. It's a older motel but clean and the staff was super friendly. We plan on coming back.

The river was right outside from our private patio. There was a river walk all the way from the motel into town one way and the other way out to lake michigan.It was nice to walk that early in the morning, or later after dinner.Completely safe.It was great that the motel was pet friendly too.. We are sure that our stay there will not be the last.We wii be back.

The room was small, clean and appeared recently updated. Size of room ok for two people. Didnt see outlet in bathroom to use. Staff was friendly. Parked in front of room door. Another door went out on river side where the boardwalk is, nice! Overall good place

The motel gives off a very retro vibe which is wonderful. The location is fantastic; our riverview room had a patio with two chairs and table with a terrific view of the river. There were several gas grills available for use. Our room was very clean but dated. The door was tricky to operate and the front window was cracked. Our patio door screen had to be removed as it was broken and had not been replaced yet. No matter, our stay was lovely, beds comfortable, room had micro and fridge. I did miss having a hair dryer. Oh well. I would stay again due to location.
