"This is a great property for a quiet getaway in the winter, when it's the golf offseason. Affordable, a nice facility, pool and hot tub are both great, rooms are very nice. Breakfast is simple, but works. You can go hiking or snowshoeing out on the golf course grounds, which is nice and peaceful. Golfers probably really enjoy staying here during the summer; for us it works as a low-cost offseason getaway destination. "

Loved the River walk just outside the door. There was picnic table & benches and a fish cleaning station. they even have freezers to put your clean catch in. Also docks if you bring your boat right outside the hotel doors. Delicious Chocolate & ice cream store. Loved the Elk Pattie, choc covered pretzels. TJ's - great food & craft...
