"I stayed at this hotel to stay in Izmir. I was a little nervous because it was my first time there, but the hotel staff were really kind and helpful. When I asked questions about things I didn't understand, they kindly explained them to me. It was clean and everything about the hotel was perfect. I'll say it again, the hotel staff are wonderful.
