The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, juicer, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine. Laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Attractive large terrace of 35 m² with sea view, sunny until 1 pm and shaded for warm summer evenings, including a comfortable living and dining area.
