"Avoid the restaurant at all costs... 90% of the menu is unavailable including ALL alcoholic beverages except 1 cheap wine option. Even though ALL the liquors and wines are displayed, they are for display only. The rest of the hotel was absolutely phenomenal and in a perfect location. Staff was amazing and the room was better than other places in Manila. I will stay here every time in the future. But I will just avoid dinning there. But there are amazing restaurants near by so this is not...

"Misleading information with their listing, some of the appliances is not working. Uncomfortable stay. The electricity is limited as well. Power got out at the middle of the night and you have to call them just to get the power back."

"ホテル名では探せないコンドミニアムの名前も載せて欲しいです。 飲み物とか何もないので書いておいて欲しいです。"

"Hands down best place to stay when in Manila. Easy to communicate with the owner. Unit was clean and well-provided with the things I need for my stay. Prettiest view of the bay. Location is conveniently located near malls, stores, restaurants, etc. Wifi is strong. Smart TV in the living room. Cooking and dining needs provided. Love this place!"

"The property does not have breakfast, which i paid for as an option. The property also will not work with clients since they refused to refund the breakfast they did not serve but listed on the listing. The sheets smelled like cigarettes and had stains. The toilets were stained and missing a seat. And the whole bathroom smelled like a sewer. Left after one night and only stayed that long to find a different place to stay."

"In koreatown in manila, and only after I got there did they inform me I was in the middle of the red light district...so not going out at night seemed to make sense....every single business had its own security guard in front,...day time was not a problem, and lots of good food within steps of the door, but the police and security guards were busy.... I had a lot of tours outside the area which helped, but overall not a good place for families"

"Over all stay is good"

"Very reasonable price through Expedia! The staff and security were very friendly and professional. Our room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was very nice. We enjoyed the local vendors and walks in the neighborhood."

"Comfortable stay in the middle of this historic district. So close to everything."

"Our check in was great, security was informed of our late arrival. The room has all the basic amenities, clean and spacious with an excellent view of the Manila bay. We appreciate the big gallon of clean potable water ready to be consumed."

"For such a rate, I’d run to 5-star hotel or to Tropicana Suites just close by with complete amenities and breakfast, swimming pool and gym. A huge living and dining area and full kitchen with lower rate. Yucky toilet and a shower room you can barely stand. Owner’s representative makes you feel like a thief that shows arrogance as if we are in dire need of their unit. I’d strongly suggest to rather find somewhere else."
