"The Internet was very slow; however, next-door at the Savoy Hotel. The restaurant had great food, and the Internet was very strong. This is also right next-door to a McDonald’s and a few other food areas. A lot of of these businesses are casually; however, the nicer places are not. Very inexpensive cab ride back to the airport. I could’ve walked, but I had way too many pieces of luggage and besides it was muggy outside and very early in the morning. Very close to a Starbucks that also had Wi-Fi"

"Our host, Jobert, was outstanding. We had a few minor issues during our stay, but they were related to our own needs rather than the room itself. When we arrived before check-in, we needed a place to store our luggage, and Jobert handled it seamlessly. He was just as helpful at checkout, making everything easy and stress-free. At one point I needed an iron, and later we experienced a small issue with the TV. In both cases, Jobert responded quickly and was immediately there to assist. His attentiveness and willingness to help really stood out, and we truly appreciated it. The room was clean, and the bed was spacious and very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The location was another highlight. It’s very close to Venice Grand Canal Mall, making it easy to visit. We also enjoyed being within walking distance of Manila American Cemetery and Bonifacio High Street. While walking wasn’t necessary, everything was close enough that we enjoyed exploring the area on foot."

"A very strange experience. We arrived to the lobby of one hotel, only to be met and taken to another hotel. Barely any communication. We also had to give our passports to be photographed, without explanation. The room was basic and had air-con, but the bed and sofa were very uncomfortable and the towels were dirty. Luckily we only spent 8 hours there to sleep and leave as soon as possible. "
