安かったので多くは期待せず利用した結果、まぁ相応で気軽な宿でした。古いため清潔感は無いですね。家族3人で泊まりました。 旅行のハブに使ったので不満はないです。WIFIが無くてもOKで、エアコンもうるさいし、TVは22インチくらい。朝食サービスも選べないです。エレベータも３０階以上ある高層マンションのような作りで混んでいます。立地は良いですよ。ショッピングモール、ナイトマーケット、繁華街、緩いセキュリティー？。そのかわり周囲の渋滞はひどい。

Super bad

Better sleep on the street. Dirty towel and bed. Slow elevator. No working air-conditioning at the room. Cigarettes everywhere. No water at all in the room. The worst i ever been. For the journey lover maybe nice. Its the best way to say how hotel shouldn't be.

The staffs are great with good managerial skills . The reception was very kind and friendly .but there was no tooth brush in the room .

Great Location - Very Poorly Maintained

The lobby is about the only area that doesn't look ignored and maintained. The hallways to the rooms are very dim and gloomy due to lack of painting and lighting. The rooms have plumbing fixtures that are very old and worn out. The TV in the living room space is about 16 inches by 16 inches and tacked up on the wall and connected to a small cable box. The bedroom is adequate but again really old feeling. The bathroom and shower work but everything in it screams to be updated and maintained. The pictures on the website of the Hotel are very misleading and must have been taken when it opened I guess 20 years ago...several hotels across the way is a few dollars more but worth it .....

Don’t expect much here if you book

The place needs upkeep..ome cabinet fell down in the kitchen and the bathroom flooded when you took a shower. The place was dirty and smelly. The front desk kicked us out at around midnight for a mistake not on our part about payment and and it took a lot of time to get things straitened out and back into the room. This type of stuff is absolutely unacceptable. Not secure since anyone can just walk in and ask for you and they will give them your room number and let them go up even after you asked them not to do so.

Good location, TERRIBLE HOTEL

They first checked me in room 712, it was a horrible room. It appears to be a old sanitarium with insects scramming around. The bedings were in a very bad condition and there were used tissues littered on the floor. The wall and floor is so sticky and a/c are so noisy. There is an ongoing construction nearby w/c adds to a discomfort. I asked to be transferred to a different room and thet had me move to the 28th floor. Room 2806 is cleaner and significantly better than the first room. It was all white w/ a better view of the city. Beddings weren't that good though, poor conditions and kinda smelly. It was alas minute booking reason why I wasn't able to read reviews, my bad. I wish they would renovate the buildings and room. It looks like a cheap motel for hook-ups or quckies.

Do not stay here based on my experience

Moved 3 times in 5 hours, cold shower, windows so old would not shut, cupboards falling apart, 2 very old 1970's single beds, not as described in advert. Put on 30 floor, you have to ait sometimes 10 minutes + for lift. Aircon. very load & rattles, single sheet to cover you with, just old run down hotel. Check your room before you rent, that I have learned. Ruined my stay in Manila.

with all the negative review i have read, i want to commend the staff. they are nice and honest enough to admit the negative issues thrown to them and generous enough to upgrade our room. the hotel is really old and really need improvement. maybe more lights in the halls going to the rooms and upgrade also the model of the TV. but overall, the stay was fine and i love the view

worst hotel we've stayed in, needs renovation

Our check in was good the staff was friendly and the foyer looked nice The lift wasn't working properly took a long time to close, it had to be forced to get it going. Then our room was disappointing, it was a bit dirty! The bathroom had cobwebs and the towels they provided us was close to being rags. We just couldn't stay there, we checked out early!

Very Disappointed

Shared a room with ants and cockroaches hope they paid as much as me. Photos must have been taken when the hotel first opened over 100 years ago. Facilities stated no longer exist, ie:- No Swimming Pool, No Restarurant, No shop, No Laundry, No Nothing as illustated. This Hotel is in desperate need of renovation. How about a refund ?

Room size was big but the hygiene was terrible. cockroaches crawling everywhere living roomaircon must be turned on with a tool where the house engineer had to come. old toilet with rotten mars despite they have warm water. I think they just have to maintain the room neat and the rest will the magic

Room does not look like the pictures.

Hotel is located in a safe and busy area of Makati. Booked it last minute and the location looked good, which it was. Close to restaurants and nightlife, but the photos shown does not depict the room at all. The room was a very large one bedroom apartment, but it was old and dreary. Kind of creepy. I would much rather had a tiny, modern studio over a very old 1-bedroom apartment.
