The staff is kind but it’s little messy and it’s very noisy around here the bathroom is small and the water pressure is not good I received a room different from the one I reserved

Super friendly and super convenient in central Manila. For the money, an excellent room with everything you need - clean and spacious and highly recommended. I saw other reviews from people who complained about no lift (or 'elevator' if you're american) but it wasn't an issue for me. I will certainly stay here again.

Good things 1.resonable price 2.clean room 3.good staff 4.in front of hotel small restaurant good to have brunch. Bad things.. 1.cockroachs live with guest. 2.little far to walk from remidios circle main street. 3.feels unsafe to walk at night. 4.my room was 5th floor hotrl has no elevator. It was 4night stay and i could find much better one with similer price.

It's all good but.....

We stayed for 12 days. Staffs are welcome, polite and helpful. Breakfast is good, the only thing that I would like to say that even though it's clean I still kill almost 12 baby cockroaches, that is why I avoided to leave any garbage on the bin or try not to spill any food on the floor. Besides this problem I still have fun staying with the price I paid it's ok. I would like to thansks to all the staffs in Lessons malate😊

Roaches for company anyone!!!

Roach infested. Called from desk a man comes to room and kills a roach with his hand. Roaches on the ceiling, in the shower and as you walk in the door, no offer of getting another room or spraying for the roaches. The newly renovated suite that I paid for was not available. I would not recommend this place to anyone nor would I have this place listed on my hotel website!!!!!

値段の割には良い

部屋は思った以上に清潔でした。ただし、シャワーの温水器が故障で水しかでなかったり、ドアキーが故障していたため、部屋に入るたびにフロントスタッフに開けてもらったり、たまたまでしょうが。中心街へは徒歩10分程度で苦にならない。値段の割には良いと思う。また利用するつもりです。

Good service but no elevator

Staff was all friendly. Room is ok hence the price is just right.the only downside is that when u are at the top floor get ready to do an exercise since there is no elevator. Better yet buy everything you need before going up to ur room.
