The place is old as people have said. They are remodeling. It is worth the price. Old but clean an no bugs. AC worked great, refer worked great. Kettle in the room but no coffee. Very bare bones, if that buthers you, don't stay here. I was with my 26 yo Filipino gf and she loved it. The beds were very comfortable and that light linenes were just enough. The tv was out that they told us before we checked in, they had free wifi so that did not matter to us. We had a check in problem, my fault. They were very nice about it, trusting and worked with us. The staff there are great. It was a very good time.

My last stay was very disappointing because the room had many problems. The TV wasn’t working, there was no Wi-Fi, the room was very dusty, and there were even cockroaches. I also couldn’t sleep or rest because there was ongoing activity/noise outside. That’s why I checked out early.

The best thing about the Jupiter Suites Hotel is the staff. Everyone was exceedingly helpful and friendly. I really appreciate their kindness and willingness to accommodate my needs. A true bargain for the price.

Worn out but nice

It would be a great place if the toilet did plug up or the water temperature stablized.....after hot water repair , or the bedding wasn't so worn, or the air conditioner worked better without being so loud or the hair dryer worked, and if the refrigerator had more than just cool. The staff were very nice and friendly and the location was very near other services.

良くなかった。

タオル類が一切無く、フロントに何度も依頼をしてバスタオル一枚とボロボロのバスマットを渡された。トイレの便器を固定するボルトが無く危うく横に倒してしまうところだった。クローゼットの中にバッグを置いていたのですが、朝バッグの上に大きなゴキブリの死骸が乗っていた。入り口のドアは取手の真ん中を押すプッシュ式のロックのみ。窓も鍵が閉まらない窓がある。

Convenient Stay

The location of the hotel is very convenient since it is near restaurants and just in front of Pacific Star Building. The hotel staffs were friendly and checking-in was easy. The room was big and clean.

A reasonable hotel in Makati with good value for your money. Big rooms and good sized bathroom. Unlike other hotels I have stayed at in Manila area I was not disturbed by the outside traffic from my room (309).
