NOTE1: (GOOD TO KNOW) Deposit is not added from guest total amount of booking. Deposit is only taken out from guest credit/debit card, if the host file a complain to Airbnb for lost or damage furniture after checking out.

NOTE2: Please do not send me your email or phone number when you are just inquiring because Airbnb is blocking it due to side transaction. The only way I will see your email or phone number is when you book the condo.

NOTE3: Since booking is flexible, please send me an email of your arrival time after booking so my cousin is informed of what time she will be at the condo to hand you the keys.

NOTE4: Swimming pool rules: Swimming pool is not FREE, guest must pay 112 per person. It is closed every Monday for cleaning and only OWNERS are allowed to use it every Saturday and Sunday.
