"Great location on upper west side across from Lincoln Center. Stylish lobby. Fun rooftop bar. Excellent upmarket Mexican restaurant on mezzanine level above lobby. Excellent mattress and pillows. Good shower pressure. Large room. Fast WiFi. But … tiny makeshift closet, small poorly designed bathroom with bad lighting and no plug in sink. No premium cable TV channels. No bath robes in room (had to ask twice). Unattractive standalone empty mini fridge against a wall. Rusty shower curtain rod. Front desk unable to make change (eg for tips)."

La única queja es que durante nuestra estancia estuvieron haciendo reparaciones en la habitación de al lado y descansar del todo no fue posible. Fuera de eso, estuvo bien"
