All the way to the cork screw and blender, this unit has it all. 1 1/2 miles to KSU Football Stadium, this unit is available for anything from nightly to yearly lease. A nice mix of modern and traditional furniture with a wide inventory of necessities and luxury linens for your comfort. Built by innovators in construction in Manhattan, the structure has concrete and insulation in the floors that yield a quietness that's unsurpassed. Right Across from CiCo Park. If this unit is full, check our other Heritage Suites. They are all furnished with the guest in mind with quality furnishings that are whimsical, fun, and interesting. Birthday weekend

Great home base for family visit

The apartment was great, very spacious. Some minor repairs were needed, but did not affect the quality of our stay. The pool was awesome. Our family really enjoyed our time here.

Manhattan Visit

The property is centrally located and allowed us to visit family and work with businesses that we had appointments with during our stay. This is our 2nd time staying in this unit and will do it again should we need to before we move there.

Reliable, great accommodation in Manhattan

I’ve stayed in multiple apartments at this property over several years and they are always well appointed and seamless. A bonus in the summer is the large pool which is great for laps. The host allowed me to check in a few hours early which was appreciated.

Our home away from home in Manhattan

It was great as usual. It is so easy just arriving and entering code. We love the size and the two bathrooms. The communication is wonderful and it is a short drive to track, stadium and school. We will be back.

We were so pleased with our stay here. Everything you need for the stay. Considering the price of hotels, this is the winner hands down. You get so much more for less. Very clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly, if you need them. If you don't, they politely stay out of your way. Thank you for a wonderful week.

THIRD TIME IS A CHARM

This is our third stay at this particular unit and we love it. The communication and ease of check in is still amazing and they have added new black out curtains in the bedrooms since our last stay which made it even better. If you have a kid at K-State, this is a great place to rent to spend time with them. We will be back.

Very smooth check in as well as accuracy of unit as described. Notably spacious rooms and hallways. We discovered first morning that coffee maker was kaput. We were able to make a quick and easy exchange with the property manager on site within minutes. Thanks, Tara. With family to visit, we will return.

Great Place to Stay!! (Pet Friendly)

Our son is a music major at K-State. This was our first time staying in Manhattan to see him. We booked this property so that we could attend his weekend recitals and bring our dog. The key code on the door made checking in a breeze. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed! Tara was very accommodating when we needed to change our check out time so that we could attend the last recital and pick up our dog afterwards. Would definitely stay at this property again and would highly recommend!!

Good for the weekend

Property was clean and had plenty of space. Fully stocked kitchen. Faucets in bathrooms were broken and it was hard to tell which way was hot/cold with the handles able to spin in full circles. Kitchen and baths could use some updating and TLC. Beds were comfortable. Would have liked extra blankets to be available to use. Plenty of pillows and towels though. Easy check in and out process. Overall we were satisfied with our stay for the weekend.
