The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. Clean reasonably priced hotel a couple things I would improve on is soap, dispensers, and shampoo dispensers in the bathrooms instead of small pieces of soap. Also, the breakfast needs work improve bread, selection, and suggest fruit at least bananas, overall a good place to stay.

The area had a lot of parking, and quite a few restaurants about a 2 minute walk from the entrance which was nice. Checking in and getting to my room was fast, and for a quick trip like that, that’s really all I care about.

We enjoyed our stay at the Parkwood Inn. The staff was very accommodating and the room was in excellent condition. The only negative was the breakfast. All three days the coffee was barely warm. The eggs were like plastic and tasteless rather than fresh scrambled eggs, and they had no fruit. I would not recommend this hotel for the breakfast, but I would for everything else associated with our stay.

Parking is narrow and there is not enough for the property. Otherwise I thought it was clean and fairly well maintained. The breakfast was ok but by the time I got down most of it was empty or gone and not restocked. Staff was nice, friendly and helpful. Location is 7 min from KSU campus. The main issue that I saw was that the walls and floor/ ceilings were thin. Noise from the hall and above was irksome. People can be jerks and there is not much the hotel can do about that. Given the price gouging that goes on when there is a home game closer to the campus this was a pretty good deal price wise.

Nice reasonably priced hotel. Front desk staff was efficient, but unable to suggest restaurants. Room was large, quiet, furnishings good, but nothing spectacular. Towels were thin and rough. Breakfast was standard stuff. Beautiful city park across the street.
