"The location was perfect, with easy access to Brussels midi station by 3 mins walk. Room size was good enough for 3 people. However, air conditioning was not good and without kettle in the room. "

"Although the neighborhood (across from the rail station) is a little sketchy, the hotel itself is first rate. Very friendly and helpful staff. Both the common areas and the rooms are sportlessly clean. Room is generously spacious and bath is big and modern (although there is a high step-over to get into the tub). Skip breakfast -- it's overpriced. "

"I stayed in this hotel for a night with my family. I had a great stay here, the room was beautiful with two rooms and a dining /sitting area as well as a large and clean bathroom. The staff at the service was very helpful and supportive. I would recommend this hotel to anyone."

"I had an amazing extended stay at B&B Mons Centre. The management, led by Manuela, and her staff were outstanding. From the smooth check-in to the immaculate room, everything was perfect. The hotel staff were always available, addressing any needs with professionalism and a personal touch. Their exceptional service made me feel right at home. The fitness center was functional, and the hotel's location was great, with easy access to local attractions and business centers. I highly recommend B&B Mons Centre and will definitely return on my next visit."

"The hotel itself is fantastic. The rooms are spacious, the carpets are plush and clean, the bathroom was large, the beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The staff were welcoming and spoke a variety of languages fluently. The bartender, Folios, gave us lots of suggestions for food and places to go. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The hotel is located directly across the street from the Brussels Midi station, which is very convenient. However, the area where the hotel is located is very dirty and unsafe at night. We never had any issues with being accosted or harassed, and did notice a strong police presence in the train station, which was comforting. We only traveled around the area between 8am-7pm. We didn't feel comfortable traveling later than that. We have always had good experiences staying at Radisson properties, so it's a shame that such a nice hotel is stuck in a lousy area."
