There were limited communications about the stay until a few hours before check in -- and then, as mentioned, as we were showing up we were told there was a medical emergency and we were unable to stay at least the first night at the property. We ended up cancelling the whole stay (with the hosts blessing) and stayed somewhere else in town. I'd never attempt to go back and would never trust this host again."
